Abstract:
This strain gauge comprises a base material that is flexible, a resistance body that is formed on one surface of the base material from a film including Cr, CrN, and Cr2N, and a resin-made barrier layer that coats the resistance body. The ratio of the moisture permeability (g/m2/24h) and the thickness (mm) of the barrier layer is 5:1 or greater, and the thickness is 100 μm or greater and 3 mm or less.
