Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of bioengineering. Provided are a strain for synthesizing 2'-fucosyllactose by taking glucose as a carbon source, a construction method therefor, and use thereof. The strain is obtained by co-transforming recombinant plasmids pACYCDuet-J23115-LacY and ptrc99a-ManCB-Gmdfcl-FucT into Escherichia coli. The provided strain is used to synthesize 2'-fucosyllactose by taking glucose as the carbon source, with a yield of 3.2 g/L.
