The purpose of the present invention is to provide a strapless mask and a method for manufacturing same, the strapless mask comprising: a mask main body having no ear straps; and accessory bands for wearing the mask, the accessory bands being detachably coupled to the mask main body and being used semi-permanently, and thus, when the mask main body is contaminated due to usage, the accessory bands can be separated to discard only the mask main body, such that the accessory bands can be used semi-permanently. The purpose of the present invention can be achieved by providing the strapless mask comprising: the mask main body having two or more cut portions formed in opposite end portions thereof; the accessory bands for wearing mask, the accessory bands being detachably coupled to the cut portions of the mask main body and being used semi-permanently; and length-adjustable accessories each having two or more band length adjusting holes through which the accessory bands for wearing mask are inserted and pass, wherein, when the mask main body is contaminated due to usage, the accessory bands and the length-adjustable accessories are separated therefrom. Then, when the mask main body is discarded, the accessory bands for wearing mask and the length-adjustable accessories can be re-used semi-permanently.
