Abstract:
The present invention relates to a strapping head monitoring system for coil packaging, using selective sensing of the binding force of a band for coil packaging, and disclosed are technical ideas for a strapping head for binding a coil by using a coil packaging band, comprising: a band sensing unit, which selectively senses a band for coil packaging, so as to acquire binding information about the band for coil packaging; a binding monitoring unit, which monitors the binding force of the band for coil packaging in real time to selectively control the binding force of the band for coil packaging; and an operator terminal unit, which is mutually linked to the binding monitoring unit so that an operator controls the binding force of the band for coil packaging in real time.
