Abstract:
A strapping machine having welding hook plates for a plastic strip, comprising a strapping portion (2) provided with openable/closeable hook plates (d1, d2), a high-frequency shock exciter (2a), and a vibration head (2b). The vibration head is driven by the high-frequency shock exciter to vibrate the two ends of a plastic packaging strip (1), so that hot melting is implemented at the two ends of the plastic packaging strip, and then welding and strapping are implemented. The present solution is simple and efficient in structure and does not need to wrap a metal buckle, so that scratching of packaged materials by the metal buckle can be avoided.
