Abstract:
Disclosed are a straw-wound composite pipe and a preparation method therefor. The composite pipe comprises an inner lining layer (1), a reinforcement layer (2) and an outer protection layer (3) arranged in sequence from the inside to the outside in the pipe diameter direction, the reinforcement layer (2) being constituted by multiple straw layers formed of wound straw stalks. The method includes the steps of drying the straw with the parts other than the stalk being removed, and cutting to the same length; fabricating the inner lining layer (1) with fabric and an adhesive; delivering the straw stalks in the same direction above mesh fabric to tightly lay the straw stalks in parallel on the mesh fabric, then pressing the laid straw stalks into sheets, followed by sewing the straw stalks, passing the straw stalks sewn onto the mesh fabric through an impregnation tank for impregnation, winding the straw stalks around the inner lining layer (1), and curing to obtain the reinforcement layer (2); and preparing the outer protection layer (3) outside the straw structure layer. The method for winding straw into a composite pipe can be widely applied to the fields of agricultural irrigation, drainage, building ventilation and so on, is environmentally-friendly, lightweight and low in cost, and sufficiently utilizes idle resources.
