DETAILED DESCRIPTION:

FIG.l (Fig.la & Fig.lb) illustrates the overall schematic front and side views of the current invention device Model - A compressed of roller press steam iron fixed to the housing frame (22) that includes the power switch (19), temperature regulator (20) and hand lever (21). The roller press steam iron is coupled to the main frame (22) via two bearings/sleeves (14a & 14b). the electric power feeds the roller press steam iron electric heater (11) via electric cable (18) and junction box (17) that has copper contacts (17a) sliding on two split copper rings (15) fixed and build on the rotating disk skirt (10b). For additional options, the electric cable (18) can be connected also to the main frame (22) or terminal of the hand lever (21) and its wires will be concealed inside the frame (22) and connected to the input of the junction box (17) Instead of connected directly to the junction box (17) as shown in the Fig. la & Fig. la-L.S..

FIG.la-LS & lbl-C.S. illustrates the longitudinal and cross schematic sections front and side views of the current invention device (roller press steam iron) Model - A. the rotating roller press steam iron compressed of outer and inner Cylinders coupled together via sealing insulated material (6a &6b) has passages for drip valves (8a & 8b) and equalizing pressure tubes (5a & 5b). The outer cylinder includes multiple longitudinal steam chambers (2a & 2b), electric heater (11) concealed in Die-cast body (1), sole plate (7) has steam multiple out-let openings (9a & 9b) and cylindrical chambers cover (4) while the inner Roller/cylinder includes liquid reservoir (3) and liquid filling region (13). The inner Roller/cylinder terminals are fixed and rotate inside the bearings/sleeves (14a & 14b) while the main frame (22) fixed to the outer surface of the bearings/sleeves (14a & 14b).

In operation, User has to lay the clothes on the support surface and turn on the device via power supply switch (19), adjust the heating temperature to suite the clothes material via regulating switch (20) and adjusting the required steam via the steam regulator props (12a & 12b)(the steam regulating prop can be screw clockwise and counter clock wise to adjust the water drip from the cylindrical liquid reservoir (3) to steam chambers (2a & 2b) and also can be pressed to fully stop the water drip from the cylindrical liquid reservoir (3) to steam chambers (2a & 2b). fig la-L.S. shows the position of the roller steam iron contacting the clothes surface wherein the steam chamber (2b) in the down side and the steam chamber (2a) in the topside, at this moment the drip valve (6b) drips the water from the cylindrical liquid reservoir (3) to steam chambers (2b)and the pressure equalizing tube extend above the greater height of the water inside the cylindrical liquid reservoir (3), so the steam is generated inside the steam chamber (2b) and transfer to the clothe surface via its steam-outlet openings (9b) while no water dripped inside the steam chamber (2a) and there is no steam generated inside the steam chamber (2a). when the roller press steam iron rotates and moves forward and backward via human hand force applied to his hand leaver (21), the steam chambers (2a & 2b) will rotate also and replaced its position so the steam chamber (2b) will be in the topside and stops generating steam and the steam chamber (2a) will be in downside and generates steam that transferred to the clothe surface via its steam-outlet openings (9a). as a consequences the steam will be keep feed and transferred to the cloth surface from downside of the roller press steam iron only.

FIG. 2: Shows Model-B of the current invention device. Model-B has the same operation method and equipment of Model-A, but with small deference by:

• Fixing and coupling both the roller press steam iron shaft (16) to the sleeves (14a & 14b) and main frame (22). So all the parts (roller press steam iron includes the outer and inner cylinder, sleeves (14a & 14b) and main frame (22) are fixed and rotate together).

• Using one steam chamber (2), downside steam out-let openings (9), one drip valve (8) and one pressure equalizing tube (5) instead of using two steam chambers (2a

&2b)(Fig.l), topside and downside steam out-let openings (9a & 9b) (Fig.l), two drip valves (8a & 8b) (Fig.l), and two pressure equalizing tube (5a & 5b) (Fig.l) as in odel.A

• Adding additional outer cylinder includes a rotating cylindrical pierced plate (25)

covered buy pierced pad (24) sliding and rotating above the outer surface of the roller press steam iron via two rings (7a & 7b) fixed to the cylindrical pierced plate (25) terminals . The additional outer cylinder (25 &24) will help to protect the clothes from direct contacts with the sole plates as in Model - A. In operation, the additional outer cylinder that includes a rotating cylindrical pierced plate (25) covered buy pierced pad (24) rotates and slides above the fixed parts (roller press steam iron includes the outer and inner cylinder). The outer cylindrical pierced plate (25) and its pad (24) rotates and moves in response to forward and backward human hand force applied to hand leaver (21) while the fixed parts (roller press steam iron includes the outer and inner cylinder, sleeves (14a & 14b) and main frame (22)) are fixed together and not rotate.

FIG. 3: Shows Model-C of the current invention device. Model-C has the same operation method and equipment of Model-B, but with small differs by minimizing the volume of the steam chamber (2)

FIG. 4: Shows cross-section schematic views for different proposed design and models of the current invention device Models. A, B and C. which can be extending to additional designed also. FIG. 5: Shows additional accessories that can be fixed on the current invention device to increase his efficiency, safety and reliability.

Fig. 5a: shows the electric motor (26) fixed to the Model- A of the current invention device. The electric motor is fixed to the outer surface of the bearing/sleeve (14b) via two screws (26b & 26c) while his rotating shaft (26a) is fixed to the rotating shaft (16) of the roller press steam iron.

Fig. 5b: shows the safety plate (27) is add to the main frame (22) to protect the user hand from the heating generated by the roller press steam iron.

Fig. 5cl & 5c2: shows the two rotating rulers (28 & 32) fixed on solid stands that are fixed to the main frame (22) of the current invention device under steady state position. Each ruler fixed on the solid frame (29a, 29b & 31a, 31b), wherein the solid frames (29a and 31a) are coupled together via the springs (30a), also the solid frames (29b and 31b) are coupled together via the springs (30b). the two springs (30a and 30b) has certain torsion force that lift and prevent the roller/cylindrical press steam iron to touch and contact with the clothe during steady state condition, while the roller/cylindrical press steam iron touch and contact the clothes via a small human hand force (33) greater than springs torsion force applied to the hand lever (21) during pressing condition.

The two rulers and its solid stand work as:

• Safety stand that lifts the device during steady state condition.

• Guiding and smoothing the cloth in front of the roller press steam iron before pressing it via the roller press steam iron during the working and pressing condition as shown in Figs. (5c3 & 5c4).

The two rotating rulers (28 & 32) can be designed in circular, triangle or rectangular cross-section.
