A strength training mechanism, comprising: a main body support (1); a driving assembly (2), the driving assembly (2) being arranged in the main body support (1); and a universal guide assembly (3), the universal guide assembly (3) comprising a first universal guide member (31) and a second universal guide member (32) that are respectively arranged at the left and right sides of the main body support (1), and pulling members (4) being wound on the first universal guide member (31) and the second universal guide member (32). The driving assembly (2) comprises: a resistance member (21), the resistance member (21) being fixed on the main body support (1) and used for providing resistance for the pulling members (4); and a guide member (22), the guide member (22) being arranged in the middle of the main body support (1) and used for keeping a pulling force stable in a pulling process. Further provided is a fitness mirror, comprising the strength training mechanism, and a display assembly (7) covering the main body support (1). The strength training mechanism and the fitness mirror have the advantages of being simple in structure, small in occupied space, and suitable for various training actions.
