Abstract:
The principal purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel stress biomarker which makes it possible to conveniently and accurately assess a state of stress. In addition, the present invention provides a diagnosis kit containing a reagent capable of detecting said biomarker, and a diagnosis method that uses said biomarker. It is possible to use mitochondrial DNA included in a biological fluid as the stress biomarker.
