Abstract:
A stretchable electrode array (102) for precisely positioning pelvic muscles and a design method therefor, and a stretchable pelvic electrode. The design method comprises: (1) obtaining a three-dimensional muscle anatomical map of pelvic muscles, dividing the muscles according to the three-dimensional muscle anatomical map and determining a muscle fiber orientation, and determining, along the muscle fiber orientation for each muscle, a plurality of three-dimensional coordinate points for marking each muscle (S101); (2) projecting all the three-dimensional coordinate points to a two-dimensional plane unfolded from the shape of an elastic cavity (101), and then using two-dimensional coordinate points in the two-dimensional plane as positions for disposing electrode pads (S102); (3) simulating the mechanical performance of the elastic cavity (101) to determine a deformation rate of stretchable electrode wires (105) of the electrode pads when arranged along the muscle fiber orientation of the pelvic muscles (S103); and (4) mounting the electrode pads and the stretchable electrode wires (105) on the elastic cavity (101) according to the design result to form a stretchable electrode array (102) (S104). The design method can cause each electrode pad to position a pelvic muscle both before and after expansion, thus improving the accuracy of electromyographic signal acquisition of pelvic muscles.
