Abstract:
The present invention provides a stretchable nonwoven fabric that is capable of appropriately being deformed and conforming to protrusions and recesses at a location where the stretchable nonwoven fabric is applied. A stretchable nonwoven fabric (1) according to the present invention has a first direction (D1) being a fiber orientation direction and a second direction (D2) being orthogonal to the first direction (D1), and comprises extensible fibers and a stretchable member. This stretchable nonwoven fabric (1) is characterized in that at least a portion thereof is processed such that, when said portion has been subjected to 100% elongation twice, the ratio (F1/F2) of a contractive force (F1) per unit width in the first direction (D1) with respect to a contractive force (F2) per unit width in the second direction (D2) is 20 or less, while the contractive force (F1) per unit width in the first direction (D1) becomes 0.90 N/mm or less.
