Abstract:
A stretching apparatus for physical exercise. The stretching apparatus comprises a mounting seat (1), wherein a fixed seat (2) is mounted on the mounting seat (1), a water storage tank (3) is mounted at the bottom of the fixed seat (2), and a stretching mechanism (8) is movably mounted on the fixed seat (2). The stretching apparatus further comprises: a driving mechanism (4), wherein a rotating shaft (47) is mounted on the driving mechanism (4), the rotating shaft (47) is connected to a control mechanism (6) and a conveying mechanism (7) separately, and the control mechanism (6) comprises a rotating seat (61), a clamping member (63), a shifting member (64), a rotating member (65), an elastic member (66) and a connecting seat (67). The stretching apparatus for physical exercise can automatically add a stretching weight to the stretching mechanism by means of the stretching mechanism, the driving mechanism, the control mechanism and the conveying mechanism, thereby improving the efficiency and quality of physical exercise of a user.
