Abstract:
The present invention improves workability of a striking work machine by reducing vibration transmitted to a housing. This striking work machine 10 is provided with: a cylinder 21 that applies rotary force to a tip tool; a piston 33 that applies striking force to the tip tool; a power source that generates power; a switching unit 61 that can switch an operation state into at least two operation states including a rotary striking state in which power is transmitted to the tip tool as striking force and rotary force and a rotary state in which power is transmitted to the tip tool as rotary force and striking force is not transmitted; and a housing 12. The cylinder 12 has a pressing part 46 that presses the switching unit 61 rearward, the switching unit 61 moves rearward by the pressing force of the pressing part 46 and can thus switch the operation state of the cylinder 21, and an annular rubber member 72 is provided as a vibration-proof part between the pressing part 46 and a restriction part 71.
