Abstract:
A strip processing production line containing a secondary rolling process. The production line comprises: successively linked along the strip movement direction, an unwinding section, a first annealing and pickling section and a first product collection section; and further comprises, successively linked along the strip movement direction, a rolling mill (14), a second annealing and pickling section, a plate-type finishing section and a second product collection section, wherein the first product collection section is linked to the rolling mill (14) by means of a strip transfer structure. Additionally provided is a strip processing method based on the strip processing production line. The first annealing and pickling section, the first product collection section, the rolling mill, the second annealing and pickling section, the plate-type finishing section, the second product collection section, etc., are jointly arranged to form a continuous production unit, capable of satisfying the continuous production of strip material such as hot-rolled stainless steel coils, cold-hardened stainless steel coils, hot-rolled titanium coils, cold-hardened titanium coils, etc.; the transport of steel coils between procedures is omitted, improving product yield, and lowering factory building footprints and project investment.
