Abstract:
A strip-shaped stator core structure, a stator assembly and an electric motor. The strip-shaped stator core structure comprises several stator core units (1) connected to one another. Each stator core unit (1) comprises a yoke portion (11), and a tooth portion (12), which protrudes from an inner or outer side of the yoke portion (11), wherein only an outer surface of the tooth portion (12) is partially or completely covered with an electrophoresis protective film (2); and the yoke portions (11) of the several stator core units (1), which are connected to one another, are circularly rolled to be annular. In the strip-shaped stator core structure provided in the present solution, only the outer surface of the tooth portion (12) of each stator core unit (1) is covered with the electrophoresis protective film (2), while the yoke portion (11) of each stator core unit (1) is not covered with the electrophoresis protective film (2), such that the outline dimensions of the yoke portion (11) of each stator core unit (1) are not changed, which can effectively prevent the dimensional out-of-tolerance phenomenon of an annular stator core obtained after a strip-shaped stator core is circularly rolled, thereby effectively improving the manufacturing yield of stator cores, reducing the scrap rate of materials, and thus also reducing the manufacturing costs of electric motors.
