Abstract:
Disclosed are a strip special-shaped lens (8) and an LED light source assembly based on the strip special-shaped lens (8). A PCB board (7) with LED lamp beads is provided on a substrate (6), the strip special-shaped lens (8) is provided on the PCB board (7) with the LED lamp beads and on the substrate (6), and a fixing and clamping piece (9) is provided at two ends of the substrate (6). The strip special-shaped lens (8) comprises a cambered surface cylinder (1), a bottom face of the cambered surface cylinder (1) is of a horizontal structure, one side of a central shaft of the bottom face is provided with an arc surface cavity (3), two sides of the cambered surface cylinder (1) are provided with a fastener (4), the radian of a light emergent surface of the cambered surface cylinder (1) is defined by the lamp beads, the arc surface cavity (3) and a light emergent requirement, and the PCB board (7) with the LED lamp beads is provided under the arc surface cavity (3). By means of an extrusion process, the strip special-shaped lens (8) can be realized in any length, the cost of production moulds and parts being reduced by more than 30%. Two layers of an optical structure in traditional products are changed into one layer, such that the lighting effect of the whole lamp under the same light source can be increased by 10-15%.
