A stroller frame having an adjustable wheel distance. The stroller frame comprises a main frame (100) and a sliding frame (200), wherein the main frame (100) comprises a main support rod set (110) and a side support rod set (120); the main support rod set (110) is slidably provided with a first sliding member (510); one end of the side support rod set (120) is rotatably connected to the first sliding member (510), and the other end of the side support rod set (120) is rotatably connected to a second sliding member (520); a third sliding member (530) is rotatably connected to an end of the main support rod set (110); the main frame (100) is provided with a first wheel set (300); the sliding frame (200) is provided with a second wheel set (400); the sliding frame (200) is slidably connected to both the second sliding member (520) and the third sliding member (530); the main support rod set (110), the side support rod set (120) and the sliding frame (200) form a three-connecting-rod mechanism; and the sliding frame (200) is movable relative to the main frame (100) to change the distance between the first wheel set (300) and the second wheel set (400). The wheel distance of a stroller can be adjusted according to requirements, so as to meet different usage requirements.
