Abstract:
Disclosed is a structure capable of lowering and presetting the self-closing speed of a hinge. The structure comprises two hinge leaves (10, 20), a threaded sleeve (40), a fixed rod (30), a spring (91), a bearing (100, 200), an auxiliary adjustment spring spacer (80), a plug (60) and an adjustment base (70), wherein each of the hinge leaves (10, 20) comprises a shaft sleeve (11, 21) and a blade (12, 22) fixedly connected to the outside of the shaft sleeve (11, 21); the fixed rod (30) is provided with a screw rod (31); a transmission rod (42) provided in the threaded sleeve (40) is connected inside the shaft sleeve (11, 21) of one of the hinge leaves (10, 20); the plug (60) is fixedly connected inside the shaft sleeve (11, 21) of one of the hinge leaves (10, 20); the threaded sleeve (40) and the plug (60) are spaced apart; and the fixed rod (30), the spring (91), the auxiliary adjustment spring spacer (80) and the adjustment base (70) are arranged between the threaded sleeve (40) and the plug (60) in the shaft sleeves (11, 21) of the two hinge leaves (10, 20). Big and small data settings of a straight inclination screw pitch of male thread teeth (39) of two or more straight inclination screw pitches of the screw rod (31) provided in the fixed rod (30), and the number and structure of the arranged male thread teeth (39) of a straight inclination screw pitch are adapted to big and small data settings of a straight inclination screw pitch of female thread teeth (46) of two or more straight inclination screw pitches of the threaded sleeve (40) which is connected in a threaded manner, and the number and structure of the arranged male thread teeth of a straight inclination screw pitch, such that the release of a strong and weak energy storage ejection force of the spring (91) can be pre-set.
