Abstract:
Provided is a structure whereby near-infrared rays can be detected with good sensitivity. Also provided are a composition for forming a near-infrared transmission filter layer used in the aforementioned structure, and an optical sensor whereby near-infrared rays can be detected with good sensitivity. This structure 101 has: a support body 1; a partition wall 2 provided on the support body 1; and a near-infrared transmission filter layer 11 for blocking visible light and transmitting at least a portion of near-infrared rays, the near-infrared transmission filter layer 11 being provided in a region delimited by the partition wall 2; the refractive index of the partition wall 2 being smaller than the refractive index of the near-infrared transmission filter layer 11 in at least a portion of the wavelengths of the near-infrared rays transmitted by the near-infrared transmission filter layer 11.
