Abstract:
A structure (10) for the lower portion of a vehicle is provided with a left under cover (21) and a right under cover (22), which are provided to an under panel (19). The left under cover (21) is provided from below between the left front wheel (13) and the left rear wheel (15) at a position inside a left side sill (17) in the width direction of the vehicle. The right under cover (22) is provided from below between the right front wheel (14) and the right rear wheel (16) at a position inside a right side sill (18) in the width direction of the vehicle. The left under cover (21) and the right under cover (22) are provided with descent sections (27). The descent sections (27) can descend from the under panel (19) during traveling and are extended in the front-rear direction of the vehicle so that the longitudinal direction of the descent sections (27) is aligned with the front-rear direction of the vehicle.
