Abstract:
This structure monitoring system (100) comprises: an optical fiber sensor (110) which is installed in a structure and detects strain information continuously for a prescribed time while a vehicle travels across the structure; an axle load calculation unit (130) which calculates, as time series data continuing for the prescribed time, axle load information about the vehicle on the basis of the detected strain information; a calibration unit (140) which calibrates the axle load information about the vehicle on the basis of strain information obtained when a benchmark vehicle has traveled, and at least the weight and the spring constant of the benchmark vehicle; and a floor slab damage detection system (150) which simulates the remaining life of the structure by using a nonlinear three-dimensional finite element method on the basis of the calibrated axle load information.
