Title:
STRUCTURE FOR PREVENTING FALLING OFF OF RIVING KNIFE FASTENER FOR ROTARY SAW
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2010/122878
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Problems have been experienced that falling off of a fastener that secures a riving knife, which is provided in alignment with a rotary blade to prevent the so called "kick back" of a work sawn by a table saw, often occurs due to over loosening when adjusting the position of the riving knife thus leading to a lower operability. The invention is intended to prevent an over loosening of a fastener due to inadvertence. With a nut (14) having a means for preventing over loosening attached to a fastener (13), over loosening of the nut by an operator can be prevented, thereby avoiding falling off of the fastener from a hole (11c).
