Abstract:
Disclosed is a structure for proportionally premixing fuel gas and air introduced into a sudden expansion cavity by means of an adjustable confining pressure, the structure comprising: an air cavity (23), a fuel gas nozzle (24), a sudden expansion cavity (21), a fuel gas pressure control part (25) and an air pressure control part (26), wherein the air cavity (23) is immediately adjacent to the sudden expansion cavity (21); a middle through-hole is an entrance of the sudden expansion cavity; the fuel gas nozzle (24) is arranged in the air cavity (23), and an exit thereof is aligned with the entrance of the sudden expansion cavity (21); the entrance of the sudden expansion cavity (21) can be in any shape, and the diameter of a body thereof is greater than the maximum size of an entrance shape; the size of an exit of the sudden expansion cavity (21) is equal to or slightly smaller than the size of the body thereof, and a bluff body (27) can be added near the exit, so as to generate a turbulent flow; the confining pressure of the air cavity (23) is adjustable and controllable; the pressure of the nozzle (24) is adjustable and controllable; by establishing a corresponding relationship between the confining pressure of the air cavity (23) and the pressure of the fuel gas nozzle (24), or a corresponding parameter relationship between the fuel gas/air pressure control components (25; 26), a flow ratio between a fuel gas volume and an air volume can be established, and fuel gas/air proportionally entering the sudden expansion cavity (21) can be realized; and a self-excitation oscillation-type or forced turbulent-flow-type of premixing can be carried out in the sudden expansion cavity (21), and the mixed gas is output from the exit.
