Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pushrod guide of a vehicle brake chamber. The pushrod guide is formed as a circular plate, and has formed therein: a pushrod opening through which the pushrod enters and exits; and incision surfaces that extend in the radial direction from the center of the circular plate. The incision surfaces are coupled to each other while forming a step so that slippage between surfaces contacting each other is prevented. Hinge grooves are formed, on the top surface of the circular plate, along the radial direction of the circular plate from at least 120° to less than 180° around the center of the circular plate from the incision surface. A small fan shape and a large fan shape are formed around the hinge grooves, and the small fan shape rotates relative to the large fan shape around the hinge groove, thereby being inserted into the side surface of the pushrod in the axial direction, and the hinge groove is elastically restored and thereby assembled. According to the present invention, since the incision surface is formed on the integrally formed pushrod guide, and the stepped portion is formed in the formed incision surface to enable firm fastening of the pushrod, a firm fastening strength may be maintained for the pushrod without an additional coupling member, and thus the production efficiency of the pushrod may be enhanced.
