Abstract:

This structure for reinforcing a vehicle cargo box comprises: a header board constituting a wall surface on the vehicle front side of the vehicle cargo box; a side gate disposed to cross the header board; and a plate-like fixing member which connects the header board and the side gate. The fixing member has a first fixed portion which is provided to one side of the fixing member and is fixed to an upper section of the header board, and a second fixed portion which is provided to the other side of the fixing member and is fixed to a predetermined location on the side gate positioned further on the vehicle front side than the header board.
