Abstract:
The present invention relates to the fields of novel structural design and lattice material design, and relates to a structure with both auxetic and compressive expansion properties, a lattice material and a lattice cylindrical shell. Firstly, a local tension and compression asymmetric mechanism generated by contact nonlinearity of an extension spring is utilized to form a two-dimensional structure and a lattice material that can generate transverse expansion under uniaxial tension and uniaxial compression in a specific direction. The two-dimensional structure is combined in two directions to form a three-dimensional structure and a lattice material that are expanded during stretching and compressing; meanwhile, a two-dimensional auxetic-compressive expansion structure can be used as a unit cell to form the lattice cylindrical shell. According to the present invention, the structure and the material can be used as specific functional materials, and have application prospects in the fields of energy absorption, vibration reduction, medical treatment, wave propagation, intelligent components, etc.
