Abstract:
In order to provide a structure having sufficient heat-insulation properties and excellent sealing between a base material and a surface coating layer, a structure is provided that comprises: a base material comprising metal; and a surface coating layer coated on the surface of the base material and comprising at least an amorphous inorganic material. The structure is characterized by: the surface coating layer having a first layer coating the base material and a second layer coating the first layer; the first layer including, as a crystalline inorganic material, at least one type selected from a group comprising manganese oxide, iron oxide, copper oxide, cobalt oxide, and chromium oxide; and the second layer either not including, as a crystalline inorganic material, manganese oxide, iron oxide, copper oxide, cobalt oxide, or chromium oxide or containing at least one type selected from a group comprising manganese oxide, iron oxide, copper oxide, cobalt oxide, and chromium oxide, but containing same in an amount that is less than contained in the first layer.
