Abstract:
The present invention relates to a sublingual tablet and an application thereof in a desensitization therapy drug. The sublingual tablet of the present invention is a low-dose allergen sublingual tablet. The sublingual tablet comprises allergen protein freeze-dried powder, the rest being lactose, mannitol, low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose, low-moisture microcrystalline cellulose, and magnesium stearate. According to the allergen protein sublingual tablet of the present invention, the allergen protein freeze-dried powder is obtained by using a freeze-drying process, and the tablet is obtained by using a powder direct tabletting process. The low-dose sublingual tablet of the present invention has excellent parameters, comprising characters, hardness, tablet weight variation, disintegration time limit, taste, and uniformity of content, in particular has outstanding advantages in terms of disintegration time limit, uniformity of content, stability, and preparation process, and has an industrial application prospect.
