Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a submerged arc-welded joint having a welded metal that prevents the upward blowing of gas, has a beautiful bead appearance, and has a low amount of oxygen and a low amount of nitrogen, to provide a method for producing a submerged arc-welded joint having excellent mechanical characteristics, and to provide a flux dispersal device for multi-electrode submerged arc welding. The welded metal of the arc-welded joint contains, by mass%, 250-350 ppm oxygen and 30-60 ppm nitrogen, and the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the bead width of the welded metal is 3.0 mm or less.
