A submerged laser television which applies laser pulses outputted from a laser oscillator to an object under water and detects the reflected laser pulses to display the image of the object, comprising a main body which is movably placed under water and withstands the water pressure and has a light transmitting section which transmits the laser pulses and the reflected laser pulses, the laser oscillator which is provided in the main body, a light applying/receiving means which is provided in the main body and applies laser pulses to the object and detects the reflected laser pulses to generate video signals of the object and a displaying means which is provided in the main body and displays the image of the object in accordance with the video signals.
