Abstract:
A substituted benzenesulfonamide derivative represented by general formula (I), a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, and a process for the production thereof. In formula (I), R?1¿ represents hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy or halogen; R?2¿ represents optionally substituted phenyl, thienyl or furyl; R?3¿ represents hydrogen or lower alkyl; and n represents an integer of 1 to 5. The compound has platelet agglutination inhibitory, antithrombotic and antiasthmatic activities. The invention also provides a platelet agglutination inhibitor, antithrombotic and antiasthmatic containing the compound.
