Abstract:
Substituted benzoyl urea compounds, preparation methods and pharmaceutical uses thereof are disclosed. The compounds are shown by general structure formula (I), wherein R1, R2 and R3 are defined as those in the description. The compounds can be used as small molecule inhibitors of Cyclophilin A (CypA). CypA is a kind of protein with peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase (PPIase) activity, involved in protein folding, assembly and transportation in vivo. CypA takes part in diverse biological processes, such as autoimmunity inhibition, HIV-1 invasive infection, and so on. Therefore, the compounds of the present application are promising to be developed into novel immunosuppressants or anti-HIV-1 drugs.
