Abstract:
The present invention provides a substituted pyrimidine hydrazide compound represented by formula (I) or an optical isomer, a prodrug or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the substituted pyrimidine hydrazide compound, and use thereof in preparing an AHR disorder inhibitor. The substituted pyrimidine hydrazide compound according to the present invention can bind to AHR and inhibit the functions and signaling pathways controlled by AHR, thereby affecting the growth and proliferation of cancer cells and the invasiveness of tumor cells. Therefore, the substituted pyrimidine hydrazide compound of the present invention can be used for inhibiting the growth of cancer cells and inhibiting the metastasis and invasion of tumor cells.
