Abstract:
The present application relates to a substrate for an organic electronic device, an organic electronic apparatus, and lighting. The present application provides an organic electronic apparatus or a substrate that can form an organic electronic device which secures properties, such as light extraction efficiency, and reliability, by applying a scattering layer which exhibits different scattering characteristics according to the angle of incident light.
