Abstract:
A substrate 1 according to the present invention comprises: a composite substrate 10 that includes a resin portion 30 and a plurality of ceramic portions 20 provided in the resin portion 30; and a metal layer 50 that is provided on one side of the composite substrate 10. The surface of the metal layer 50 toward the other side is in contact with the ceramic portions 20.
