Abstract:
A substrate (100) with a transparent electrode of the present invention comprises an amorphous transparent electrode layer (20) on a transparent film substrate (10). The amorphous transparent electrode layer (20) has 50 or more regions per μm2, said region having a continuous area of 100 nm2 or more, and in said region the current value in a voltage applied surface being 50 nA or more in cases where a bias voltage of 0.1 V is applied thereto. In one embodiment of the present invention, the amorphous transparent electrode layer (20) has a tin oxide content of more than 8% by mass but less than 16% by mass. In another embodiment of the present invention, the amorphous transparent electrode layer (20) has a tin oxide content of 6.5-8% by mass. With respect to this substrate with a transparent electrode, the transparent electrode layer is able to be crystallized by heating in a short period of time.
