Abstract:
Provided are a subway collapse emergency management system and method for implementation thereof. Using a gravity pool (1) and the gravitational force on water, in combination with the blocking effect of a jam post (2), a counterforce to a jack (3) is formed; a piercing pipe (5) quickly enters a collapsed body (7) under the thrust of the jack (3), and, with the help of a supply vehicle (8), air, water, and food (12) urgently needed by a trapped person are delivered to the trapped person; with the aid of a video apparatus (10) and a voice apparatus (11), the environmental characteristics of the area in which the person is trapped can be understood, and emotional comfort provided to the trapped person.
