Abstract:
This suction device is provided with a placement plate, a box-shaped member, first and second negative pressure generators, and a control device. The placement plate includes a plurality of placement portions for placing a substrate on each of the upper surfaces within a first region and a second region, and a through-hole is provided in each of the plurality of placement portions. The box-shaped member includes a space which is closed by the placement plate when the placement plate is placed on the box-shaped member, and the space is divided into a first space corresponding to the first region and a second space corresponding to the second region. The first negative pressure generator sets the interior of the first space at a negative pressure. The second negative pressure generator sets the interior of the second space at a negative pressure. The control device activates the first and second negative pressure generators when the placement plate is placed on the box-shaped member. The control device continues the activation of the first and second negative pressure generators when a first pressure inside the first space and a second pressure inside the second space are lower than a set value, and stops the second negative pressure generator when the first pressure is lower than the set value and the second pressure is higher than the set value.
