Abstract:
The present invention relates to a suction stabilizer for an objective lens, the suction stabilizer comprising: a probe mount which has an objective lens disposed therein and has formed on one side thereof an opening making contact with a specimen; an elastic body which is interposed between the objective lens and the probe mount so as to elastically support the objective lens, and forms a partitioned space between the objective lens and the opening; and a negative pressure formation part which forms negative pressure by suctioning air received in the partitioned space, and thus tightly fixes the specimen to the opening.
