Abstract:

A suction-type lint remover, comprising a housing (1), with the interior of the housing (1) being separated into an upper cavity (2) and a lower cavity (3), wherein the upper cavity (2) comprises a blade (4), an impeller (5), and a cover (6) having a blade net (61); a motor (31) is provided in the lower cavity (3), and a drive shaft of the motor (31) passes into the upper cavity (2) from the lower cavity (3), so as to be coaxially connected to the blade (4) and the impeller (5); a flow guide ring (7) is further provided in the upper cavity (2), the flow guide ring (7) is located below the blade (4) and arranged around the impeller (5) to divide the upper cavity (2) into a scrap suction cavity (21) within the flow guide ring (7) and a scrap storage cavity (22) outside the flow guide ring (7), and the flow guide ring (7) is provided with an opening (71) through which the scrap suction cavity (21) is in communication with the scrap storage cavity (22); the cover (6) covers the upper cavity (2) and is detachably connected to the flow guide ring (7); and the cover (6) is provided with a protruding ring (64) for fixing the blade net (61), and the protruding ring (64) is internally provided with an internal thread (641) connected to the flow guide ring (7).
