Abstract:
Provided is a preparation method for a sulfated abalone polysaccharide, which comprises the following steps: S1, stirring anhydrous pyridine in an ice bath until evenly mixed, and gradually adding chlorosulfuric acid in a dropwise fashion to obtain an esterification agent; S2, dissolving abalone crude polysaccharide freeze-dried powder in N, N-dimethylformamide, adding the esterification agent, stirring at a constant temperature of 30-80 °C and reacting for 1-8 hours, cooling to room temperature, and adding pre-cooled water; and S3, adjusting to a neutral pH value, stirring while adding anhydrous ethanol, and after allowing to sit, and centrifuging to obtain a precipitate, and re-dissolving in water, then performing dialysis after filtering, and upon freeze-drying, obtaining a sulfated abalone polysaccharide. The sulfated abalone polysaccharide of the present invention can effectively inhibit a transfection effect of the SARS-CoV-2 virus on cells, and an inhibiting effect on SARS-CoV-2 is 3.3 times that of a regular abalone polysaccharide.
