Abstract:
A sulfide solid electrolyte which contains lithium, phosphorus, sulfur, chlorine and bromine, while having a diffraction peak A at 2θ = 25.2 ± 0.5 deg and a diffraction peak B at 2θ = 29.7 ± 0.5 deg in powder X-ray diffractometry using a Cu-Kα ray, and wherein: the diffraction peak A and the diffraction peak B satisfy formula (A); and the molar ratio c (Cl/P) of the chlorine to the phosphorus and the molar ratio d (Br/P) of the bromine to the phosphorus satisfy formula (1). 0.845 < SA/SB < 1.200 (A) (In the formula, SA represents the area of the diffraction peak A; and SB represents the area of the diffraction peak B.) 1.2 < c + d < 1.9 (1)
