Abstract:
The present invention relates to sulfide-type compound particles which are microparticulated, and each of which contains lithium (Li), phosphorus (P), sulfur (S) and a halogen (Ha) and has an argyrodite-type crystal structure. Provided are sulfide-type compound particles which do not generate a hydrogen sulfide gas upon the contact with water contained in the atmosphere, wherein the D50 value in the volume-based particle size distribution of the particles is 50 μm or less, and the occupancy of sulfur (S) and the halogen (Ha) in S3(4a) site as calculated by a neutron diffraction measurement is 85% or more.
