Abstract:
Sulfonium salts represented by general formula (I) which can cure cationically polymerizable compounds at 100 �C or below and can give one-pack mixtures thereof with cationically polymerizable compounds excellent in storage stability; polymerization initiators containing them; and curable compositions containing the same. In said formula (I), Ar�1? is optionally substituted phenyl or naphthyl; R�1? and R�2? are each C�1?-C�4? alkyl; Ar�2? is phenyl optionally substituted with at least one alkoxy, hydroxyl or alkylcarbonyloxy group; and X is a non-nucleophilic anion residue.
