Abstract:
Provided is a sun visor unit which can easily be assembled onto a vehicle ceiling. A sun visor unit 1 comprises a plate-shaped visor body 2. A support shaft 4 which supports the visor body 2 so as to allow turning thereof in the up and down direction is provided along the upper end of the visor body 2. An end portion of the support shaft 4 is mounted onto a plate-shaped garnish 3. A wire harness 25 is routed on the upper surface of the garnish 3. An illumination device 23 is connected to the wire harness 25 and is provided on the garnish 3. The garnish 3 is attached to a vehicle ceiling 30 so as to cover a lower surface of a head lining 31. An overlap portion 3a of the garnish 3 is covered from below by a center console 32 provided on the vehicle ceiling 30. A connector 25a of the wire harness 25 is connected, above the center console 32, to a power supply line 33 routed on the vehicle ceiling 30.
