Abstract:
Provided is a highly reliable sunshade device for a vehicle, which does not rattle when a sunshade panel is in the process of being housed. The sunshade device includes a guide rail (18) installed at both sides of an opening (12) provided in a vehicle roof (11) and having a guide groove (20) extending in the front-to-rear direction, a plurality of sunshade panels (15, 16, 17) including sliders which can slide in the guide groove (20), a guide mechanism (45) for guiding the slider of at least the rearmost sunshade panel (17) from among the sunshade panels (15, 16, 17) in an upward or downward direction when the sunshade panels are moved from a deployed to a housed state, and a resilient member (23) disposed on the vehicle roof (11) and urging the rearmost sunshade panel (17) to press against the preceding sunshade (16) disposed in front of the sunshade panel (17) when a slider (28) of the sunshade panel (17) enters the guide part (45).
