Title:
SUPER ELECTROCONDUCTIVE LAYER AND METHOD FOR PREPARATION THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2003/075288
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A method for preparing a super electroconductive layer which comprises dissolving trifluoroacetates of at least one metal selected from the group consisting of yttrium and lanthanoids, copper and barium into a solvent, to prepare a coating solution, applying the coating solution on a main surface of a substrate to form a coating film, subjecting the coating film to a pre-firing in an atmosphere containing oxygen, subjecting the pre-fired coating film to a main firing in an atmosphere containing steam at a temperature higher than that for the pre-firing, wherein the above pre-firing is performed so as for the copper oxide particles after the above pre-firing and before the above main firing to have an average particle diameter of 25 nm or less.
