Abstract:
A super-resolution imaging system based on a micro-bottle lens provided by the present application comprises a micro-bottle lens module, a position control module, and an optical microscope; the micro-bottle lens module comprises a micro-bottle lens; the position control module can control the micro-bottle lens to rotate; a sub-diffraction-limited scale sample to be imaged is mounted on an object table of the optical microscope; the micro-bottle lens is provided above the sample; and super-resolution imaging can be performed on said sub-diffraction-limited scale sample by using the micro-bottle lens and the optical microscope. According to the super-resolution imaging system provided by the present application, a dielectric micro-bottle lens is utilized, and a conventional optical microscope is combined, such that non-contact, non-destructive, and pollution-free imaging can be realized on a sample having a scale lower than a diffraction-limited scale. In addition, the present application further provides a super-resolution imaging method based on a micro-bottle lens.
