Abstract:
A super-resolution reconstruction method, apparatus and device for a remote sensing image, and a storage medium. The method comprises: collecting a satellite remote sensing image and an unmanned aerial vehicle image in the same region, and performing pre-processing and partitioning processing, so as to obtain satellite remote sensing image blocks and unmanned aerial vehicle image blocks; establishing a training sample set according to the satellite remote sensing image blocks and the unmanned aerial vehicle image blocks; constructing an ESRGAN-based super-resolution reconstruction model, and performing training on same; performing pre-processing and partitioning processing on a remote sensing image to be processed, so as to obtain blocks of said remote sensing image; performing super-resolution reconstruction on the blocks of said remote sensing image by using the trained super-resolution reconstruction model; and splicing the reconstructed blocks of said remote sensing image, and adding coordinate information, so as to generate a new remote sensing image. In this way, multi-source and multi-scale remote sensing images are used as a data source, and super-resolution reconstruction is performed by means of a super-resolution reconstruction model, such that a super-resolution result is good, and the problem of the insufficient resolution of a remote sensing image is alleviated.
