Abstract:
A super-resolution single-objective light-sheet optical microscopy system and method, and a related imaging system. The super-resolution single-objective light-sheet optical microscopy system comprises: a light source module (100), which is configured to output laser beams having a single wavelength or multiple wavelengths; a light sheet generation and phase adjustment module (200), which is configured to receive the laser beams having a single wavelength or multiple wavelengths and output two light sheets; a scanning module (300); a single objective (400), which is located downstream the scanning module (300), wherein the scanning module (300) is configured to guide the two light sheets, which are output by the light sheet generation and phase adjustment module (200), to the single objective (400), and the single objective (400) is configured to allow the two light sheets to transmit through same and interfere with each other to generate structured light fringe regions (T1000, T2000, T3000), and the single objective (400) is further configured to receive a fluorescence signal; and a fluorescence detection module (500), which is configured to record the fluorescence signal received by the single objective (400).
